The Regional Manager acts as the primary liaison between the corporate office, area supervisors, and key clients, driving operational success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage O&M operations across assigned regions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and system reliability.
• Oversee compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements within the region.
• Mentor Area Supervisors and Field Service Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

A hands-on leader who ensures the day-to-day success of field operations within their assigned area. The Area Supervisor coordinates Field Service Engineers, schedules maintenance, and serves as a critical link between the Regional Manager and on-site teams.

• Plan and oversee daily O&M activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime for renewable energy assets.
• Monitor site performance and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce Cleanleaf’s safety protocols.
• Train and mentor Field Service Engineers to ensure they meet company expectations.

A technical expert who works directly in the field to ensure the optimal performance of renewable energy systems. The Field Service Engineer handles routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and system diagnostics, playing a key role in maintaining Cleanleaf Energy’s reputation for operational excellence.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar arrays, inverters, and BESS systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, using advanced tools and technologies.
• Provide detailed documentation of maintenance and repair activities.

• Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
